SCHEDULE

Monday, August 26
3:00 pm I Check-In (Dinner on own)
6:00 – 9:00 pm I Kick-Off
Tuesday, August 27
8:00 am – 9:30 pm I Mass, Summit Sessions, Adoration & Confession (All meals and snack break included)
Wednesday, August 28
8:00 am – 4:00 pm I Mass, Summit Sessions (Breakfast, lunch and snack break included)
LODGING
We have secured a discounted room rate of $189 at the JW Marriott Hill Country. Please use this link to reserve rooms in our block.
Self-parking is available for $10/night.
TEAM PRICING
The Summit is designed for a pastor to attend with his parish leadership team (PLT). Due to the unique role of a leadership team, there are particular guidelines for the members. Don’t invite people to the summit just yet, even if you’re pretty sure you want them to be on the team. After working with hundreds of teams, our coaches have learned a lot about what makes an effective leadership team and we are ready to help you select the ideal candidates for this role.
Early Bird pricing, June 1 – March 31:
$1,500 for a team of 5 (Pastor + PLT)
Standard pricing, April 1 – Sell Out:
$2,000 for a team of 5 (Pastor + PLT)
Additional PLT Member pricing:
$400 per each
The true cost is around $3,500 for each team, but thanks to the generosity of Amazing Parish benefactors who have a deep desire to support your leadership, we are able to keep the summit fee affordable. The registration fee covers all summit sessions, materials, and meals for your leadership team. It does not include the cost of travel or lodging.
No parish should miss the opportunity to attend the summit due to the cost of the registration fee. In the past, parishes that have needed financial assistance have received help by reaching out to Catholic organizations in their parish/diocese.
