In Defining Objectives, I have two questions:
1. In the objective “Foster a Culture of Spiritual Vulnerability on PLT”, what does vulnerability mean in this context?
2. In the objective “Implement Commitment to Building a Healthy Team”, what do you mean by health in this context.
In other words, putting the two together using my ordinary dictionary definitions, “How does our parish foster a the state or quality of being exposed to the possibility of being attached or harmed emotionally and implement a state of being free from illness or injury”?
