We develop healthy and effective leaders to renew the Church – because every person deserves a thriving place to encounter Jesus. For more than a decade, we’ve had the privilege of accompanying over 1,100 pastors as they work to renew their parish through healthy leadership, prayer, and a renewed focus on evangelization.
At the heart of this work is coaching.
Through Amazing Parish Coaching, pastors and their leadership teams receive practical guidance, encouragement, and accountability as they build the culture necessary for mission. Together, we focus on three essential foundations of parish renewal:
