It is with great joy that we invite you to join other pastors and parish leadership teams to the seventh Amazing Parish conference. Your team should emerge from the conference as a true functional team with purpose and focus.

The workshop-style conference is a one-of-a-kind experience that has proven to be transformative for many of the more than 900 teams that have participated over the past four years. You will receive instruction on organizational health from New York Times best-selling author and corporate consultant Patrick Lencioni and learn from dynamic and engaging Catholic leaders such as Fr. James Mallon, Jason Simon, and Sr. Regina Marie Gorman, O.C.D. as well as be led in worship by Catholic singer/songwriter Sarah Kroger.

CONFERENCE, WORKSHOP, RETREAT

An Amazing Parish conference is a dynamic experience as parish leadership teams work side-by-side to identify areas of improvement and realize opportunities for growth. At the conclusion of the conference, pastors and their teams will have learned how to intentionally pray together and build each other up as missionary disciples. They will have a clear and practical vision of what leadership should look like in their parish and how to implement it once they return home. The result will be an energizing clarity of purpose, renewed operational focus and a shared commitment to operate as a fully integrated and highly functional team. Our parish support staff will work with these parish teams after the conference, free of charge, for as long as our help is needed.

The conference experience is also a time for personal and spiritual renewal with daily Mass, team prayer time, Confession and Eucharistic Adoration.

WHAT IS A PARISH LEADERSHIP TEAM?

Parish life has become increasingly complex and more active from a ministerial perspective. Given the increase in both complexity and scale, no pastor can fulfill his mission alone.

Every pastor needs a group he can be honest with and that provides support, a special group of three to five people. This is the team that should attend the Amazing Parish conference together. The conference will provide a wonderful opportunity for ongoing team formation that can rejuvenate the pastor and his leadership team and enable them to better assist those they serve to more deeply understand their Catholic faith and grow in spirituality as they strive to live Christ’s Great Commission to “Go and make disciples of all nations.”
