Register the members of your Parish Leadership Team by May 14th

Once you’ve completed Heroic Pastor Training, please send us the name and contact info of your Parish Leadership Team members who will be joining you in Kansas City.

Submit your Letter of Suitability

If you are visiting priest and wish to concelebrate, you must submit a Letter of Suitability. Your letter should be addressed to Archbishop Joseph Naumann, D.D., Archdiocese of Kansas City, 12615 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS 66109 Please email your letter to conference@amazingparish.org as soon as possible, and we will coordinate with the Archdiocese of Kansas City.

What is the Parish Leadership Team? (PLT)
During our pre-conference webinar, we discussed the PLT as very much like Jesus with Peter, James, and John. That means that the relationships between you all are extremely important. You might know your fellow team members from previous relationships, but this is an invitation to journey with one another in a new and even deeper way.
