Which airport should we fly into?

Kansas City International Airport (in Kansas City, MO) will be the most convenient airport to fly into for the conference.

What should I bring?

All of the materials needed for the conference will be provided to you upon your arrival. Conference attire is business casual. Please dress in layers as the temperature can feel cold for some and warm for others.

Are meals provided?

The following meals are provided for conference attendees: breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday. Dinner on Monday is not provided so be sure to have dinner prior to the opening session at 6:30pm. Snacks, water, coffee and tea will be provided throughout the conference.

What is the schedule for each day?

The conference will be held June 21st-23rd, 2021. The tentative schedule for the conference is as follows:

Monday: Check in 3:00 – 6:30 pm, Programming 6:30 – 9:30 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am – 9:30 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

** All registrants will receive a detailed schedule prior to the conference

Praise & Worship

Will Mass and Confession be available?

Yes, Mass and Confession will be offered during the conference. All priests are invited to concelebrate the Masses on Tuesday and Wednesday. All concelebrants are asked to bring an alb and stole with you to the conference.

How can I concelebrate Mass?

If you are visiting priest and wish to concelebrate, you must submit a Letter of Suitability. Your letter should be addressed to Archbishop Joseph Naumann, D.D., Archdiocese of Kansas City, 12615 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS 66109 Please email your letter to conference@amazingparish.org as soon as possible, and we will coordinate with the Archdiocese of Kansas City.

What social distancing measures will be in place?

Safety requirements from Overland Park Convention Center:

  • Social distancing not required, but recommended

Additional safety measures from Amazing Parish:

  • Each parish team will have their own table throughout conference sessions (we typically have 2 parishes at each table)
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available in all conference spaces

What is the conference mask policy?

When you’re up and moving about in the convention center and hotel spaces, masks are required. We invite teams to decide amongst themselves if you would like to wear them at your tables during conference sessions.
